Rescheduling and Cancellation

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy applies to both locations.

 

Please, understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and other patients on my waitlists may miss their opportunity to get treatment.

 

Any missed appointment, late canceled or changed without 24 hours proper notice, will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment. If you have purchased a package, the missed appointment may be taken off of the package. 

 

You will receive our confirmation email and you can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly on the email or contact us 24 hours prior to appointment time by:

•sending us an email with your name, phone number, and appointment date/time;

calling our office number at 703-420-2722 for Manassas and 703-270-1885 for Ashburn.

 

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by each clinic. You may request not to be charged for the late canceled session. We will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis.
